need help for matches and safties?

Thanks for reading my post!
So here are my stats :

Asian Female
Class of 2010
Transferred to USA in January 2009

Academics

GPA : 3.92/4.0 W (I couldn't take any APs because I transferred)
SAT : 1420 (terrible terrible, i will retake it in October or even December)
SAT II: French, Math II and Physics (will take it in November)
Honors : English Literature (11th grade)
Ranking : top 10ish over 150
School : Public

ECs

ECs : 5 years of piano, member of swimming team(2009), member of Asian Club, Book Club. (I know that membership in these clubs sounds very boring but these are the only ones that I know)
Talents/Abilities : Art (I have been drawing since 6 years old and it's my greatest passion)
Awards : Most Outstanding Student of Junior Class (received Harvard Prize Book of San Francisco), and Most Outstanding Student in Physics
Volunteering : 9 hours/week at the San Francisco Park Conservancy, 6 hours/week at the SF Food Bank(prepare food for the needless)

Senior Year

APS: Literature, Calculus BC, Physics BC, Art History, and French if I manage to find one in community college.

As you can see, my old school doesn't have clubs or any particular sports that could be in competition. Moreover, I wasn't at all prepared for our journey to America, so my application looks plain and dull. I know it's not an outstanding application, thus I really need help in finding the right college. I wanted some where to be in the East Coast and the West because of the favorable climate and great cities. I'm quite undecided about my major though I'm considering Visual Arts, Marketing or Business or even Ecological Studies.

College in Consideration :

University of Susquehanna
University of San Francisco
Drexel University
UC Davis
UC Irvine
