Need help in appealing a decision to a university

I just began the 4th quarter of my senior year in Massachusetts.

I was rejected by a MA state university that I applied to. The university told me that I could appeal the decision by sending a letter of recommendation or new sat scores or such things.

I asked my guidance counselor to write a recommendation and he agreed to it, but a few days later he told me that they already received a recommendation letter from him and are willing to accept anything that has changed since the decision.

The counselor said that he would really recommend me to talk directly to the counselor and assistant admission director at the university.

I am wondering what should I write to them or talk to them about that would convince them to give me admission. I am thinking to tell them that I would be willing to take any necessary summer courses from the university, receive conditional acceptance such maintaining a certain GPA in my freshman year etc.

What would guys recommend I write or tell him?

I would really appreciate your help. I really need help.

Thanks!

Bump. Anyone please?

No one? Really?

Well, yeah, really. In order for a univeristy or college to reverse its admissions decision, they need some significant information that they didn’t have before. No one on College Confidential knows you or your accomplishments, so no one on College Confidential can say what it is that you’ve done that would cause this university to change its mind about you.

But unless you’ve got something significant to tell them that you didn’t tell them when you applied initially, I don’t think you’re going to change their minds.

Sorry.
