I’m not familiar with the forms and system of education in US. So I can not explain what my recommenders should write in few sections like:
1-List the courses in which you have taught this student, including the level of course difficulty[ AP, IB, accelerated, honors, electives, 100 level 200 level]
2-Please attach additional comment that address what you think is important about this student, including a description of academic and personal characteristics, as demonstrated in your classroom.
the problem in first is that in my country there is no such system.We are simply taught six subjects[ phy, chem, math, history, english, urdu], there are no specific courses neither are there any levels of difficulty. So what should he write in it? How can he measure the level of difficulty and what courses can he possibly write?
P.S my english teacher and chemistry teacher are going to write recommendations. So, information regarding these subjects would be great.
The second one has raised only a single question. What should I write in it? My teachers are not familiar with this types of thing and they are asking me about it and frankly even I don’t have any idea. Should I give them a few exemplary recommendation letters?
3- What should I write in current year courses? What does it mean plus in my country we are to take a national exam to promote to next class after eight grade. So that makes our courses annual; yet, there isn’t such option, just semester or trimester.
