Right now im studying for the SAT's right now, but im weak in math, and good on the english portions. What is a good way of studying for the math section? I have bought Gruber's becuase people have told me it explains it well. any comments would help. Thank you!!!

Basically, you've first got to examine what mistakes you're making and what math you don't know. Then you learn the math. And then you practice it.

Will you help me in CR in return??

as dchow08 mentioned, you have to see what you're weak with.

do practice tests, see what you get wrong mostly (algebra, geometry, probability, statistics, etc) and read over those chapters in an sat book. then try to find questions that are for your weaknesses and just keep doing them once you learn HOW to do them. once you know how to do a question, its just a matter of practice to be able to recognize a question as algebra, or whatever.

like in my case, i have yet to encounter a question that i didn't know how to do at all. true, my method of doing it might have taken too long and not been time efficient, so i skipped it, but i still know how to do it. the only time i get problems wrong is if i misread a question (because i work too fast) or if i just make a silly mistake (like simplifying 4/6 to 1/2 on my last test and dropped from 800 to 790... grr...)

but honestly, once you know the processes of solving certain types of questions, you should be able to score in 700s on the math.
