<p>This is actually for my cousin,</p>

<p>He is currently in the 8th grade in Kenya, where he has been the top student of his class for the last 5 years. His dad will probably send him to an American School for high school, instead of a Kenyan one.
Here's the question, he will probably do really well in his class as usual and he wants to come to the US to study physics/engineering. How does he apply here? Also, he wants to be a Rhodes Scholar, how does he do that?</p>

<p>Are there other requirements like SATs, other tests?</p>

<p>I think Rhodes scholarship is for undergrad students.</p>

<p>Rhodes Scholarship is for GRADUATE study at Oxford. It is usually awarded to college seniors for grad school study the following two years.</p>
