Need Help! IVY transfer, to drop a class or not (and whether it would affect my admission chances)

Hey guys,

So I am opening up two threads in one day, but I guess I am getting paranoid as the deadline approaches.

Do know that this is ivy transfer application process, I am guessing they are working on a different standard.

Background:
4.0 GPA Math Econ major. 104 Transferable credit hours including this semester (of course no Ivy is going to let me transfer that many)
Have been averaging 19~20 hours a semester (15 is normal, 12 to be full time).
Obviously (and stupidly), I decided to take 20 this semester as well, without thinking too much about it.
Well I have all As but one.

One class I do not have A in (I can still make A if i work for it) is Numerical Linear Algebra (did not know what it was about, this course is literally useless in my academic career).
Right now, I would rather drop it, get a W, and focus my time more on extracurriculars and on-going research.

However, I already sent in some of my applications, so schools know that I am registered for this class.
Now, If i were to drop it, I will probably let all the schools know about it, right?

That can't be good... but would it hurt my chances?
I mean, I will still be taking 17 hours, 2 solid high level maths and 2 advanced economics. By no means this is an easy schedule.
But my college record has been literally perfect, with nothing below A, and one W will really stand out.

If it was possible, I would just drop it and keep quiet about it until I get accepted, but I know they will eventually figure it out when i send in the final transcript and I will be reprimanded for it.

Do I just go through with this hell and come out with B~A, or just drop it and use my time on better things (if it won't hurt my chances)?

What do you think Collegeconfidential sages?

I will appreciate any input, thank you!
