I am going to major in Computer Information Systems but don't know which career path to take either computer support specialist, computer programmer, or web page designer?

For you guys that are somewhat in this field which of these do you find most interesting and why? Thanks!

It depends upon what you are good at and what you like. But frankly, in most companies the computer support specialist tends to be an entry position and most folks move on to either a team lead spot or other technical roles like network admin. But there are choices and we certainly need good support folks in most companies.

I personally think the programmer path gives you the more options, although this depends upon what classes you take. There are a lot of technical roles that use the programming skills and possibly business/systems analyst or project manager as well. I assume the web design path includes more artistic classes, but a programming path might be able to cover the technical skills of web design as well.
