I feel like we’re catastrophizing now - creating unnecessary anxiety. What will be will be.
The student has not been admitted anywhere yet. The student may yet get sufficient aid to make his or her attendance possible.
There may be scholarship options still open for fall.
The parents haven’t yet applied for loans.
If there is no solution, there is no solution, but we are several steps removed from the parents being rejected for loans.
The only thing worth doing on January 7 is to apply to schools that still award scholarships like NJIT. That is one excellent piece of advice.
