Need help making a transfer list

Hi, I'm currently a freshman at a small liberal arts college in Pennsylvania and I'm looking to transfer for various reasons.

High school GPA: 2.6
SATs: around 2000 can't quite remember
College Info:

FIRST SEMESTER:
Chemistry: A
Calculus: A
First Year Seminar: A
Biology: W(dropped the course due to a C- grade)

SECOND SEMESTER:
projected GPA of about 3.7 as a Political Science major

ExtraCurriculars in college: Circle K, Habitat for humanity, intramural football

Not applying for financial aid.

General things that I'm looking for in a school:
1. Location(either in or within 30 minutes of Boston, NYC, Phila, or Balti)
2. Size(4,000+ undergraduates)
3. Private
4. Attractive girls(I know this sounds immature but there aren't very many here)

Schools I'm looking at in no particular order:
-Boston University(Mom graduated from there, any advantage?)
-Northeastern University
-Fordham
-Villanova
-Loyola

I realize that all of those schools could be reaches, especially considering my very poor high school GPA and only 12 credits my first semester. In high school I was lucky enough to have Lyme's disease(10th), mono(11th), and chronic headaches(12th) which helped lead to my 2.6 GPA but a lot of it was a lack of motivation......so I think I could explain my poor high school grades somewhat in my essay. I dropped my biology class because I had a poor grade in it partially because I have no interest in being a biology major anymore so I'm switch to a major that I feel I will be passionate about: politcal science.

My questions:
-What do you think my chances are at the schools I listed above?
(Villanova is my top choice but I know its a HUGE reach)

-How much will my high school grades/withdrawal from bio hinder my chances?

-Should I retake the SATs? I know I can improve them.

-What other schools would you recommend and what would be some good safeties?

I don't think Villanova is as much of a "HUGE reach" as you think. You have a pretty good shot at all those schools, though I don't know much about their transfer standards. I hope you know Northeastern is a 5 year school and you are there almost year 'round. I don't think your stats will hinder your chances that much, but I'm not entirely sure. I think your SATs are good, especially for those schools. If you are worried about your standardized test scores, pick schools that don't require them- that's what I'm doing. Most of the schools that don't require SATs are liberal arts, which might not help you. here is a list of schools with political science as a major:
