Need help making college list

Objective:

GPA: 96.34/100.00
SAT I: 2150 (1350/1600) retaking in October.
SAT II: US History 660; Math I 650
AP: US History 4
Senior courses: English 4, AP Econ, AP Gov, AP Chemistry, AP Calc AB, various religion classes and social studies elective
Rank: ~16/~250 (maybe changed from junior year)
Upward trend throughout from freshman to junior

Subjective:

-intended major - public health
-Essays: Common app is pretty good considering I did over 10 drafts over the summer; Been sort of rushing through supplement essays, so I feel like I should re-do/revise (will be good)
-Recommendations: Will be good. Chemistry teacher I had for two years and English teacher junior year that liked me.
-EC's - Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, Asian Awareness Community, Big Brothers, Interact, Medical Society, church Youth Group
-Summer EC - Discover Hopkins summer program at Johns Hopkins
-Community Service - 100+ hrs with my senior service, 50+ hours various school sponsored and community sponsored projects

Other:

State (if domestic applicant): Texas
School Type: Private college prep
Ethnicity: Asian
Gender: Male
Income Bracket: 100,000+ I'm applying for aid, but can pay ~$20k a year
Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): None

I'm applying to Johns Hopkins (ED?), University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and UT Austin (safety I'm top 8% and is financially a safety, also)

Besides my two schools that seem to be reaches, I need some matches. Not really into liberal arts colleges, but also not into huge schools like UT Austin (only going here if I have too)

Applying ED to Johns Hopkins does seem to help a little, so that might be a good plan if you’re sure. 1380-1400 would be a little more comfortable. Maybe University of Rochester, Carnegie Mellon. Colgate is a possibility and a bigger than an LAC.

Thanks for the reply. Hopkins is pretty much my dream school, so I figured I would apply early decision. I’m retaking the October SAT and like you said I’m going to aim for 1400+ I’ll be sure to look into those schools also, thanks!

bump- can anyone provide any more choices??
