Need help on deciding where to transfer to..

<p>GPA: 3.7
Major: Civil Engineering</p>

<p>CSUF just accepted me for fall 2011. Still waiting on CSLB.</p>

<p>My questions are..</p>

<p>Should I not go to CSUF and apply for CPP (poly pomona) for spring 2012?</p>

<p>Or should I wait and transfer to UCLA/UCI in fall 2012? (if i do this, i will have all math/sci completed at my CC). Also, UCI is a guarantee since they can offer me a TAG (transfer agreement guarantee) </p>
