Are you a U.S. citizen? Because the USMA and all of the other service academies only take U.S. citizens. In some extremely rare instances, they do take students nominated by governments who have certain military agreements with the US, but that is very rare.

The West Point/USMA website www.usma.edu does a very good job of explaining all of the other requirements for getting to West Point. I'd suggest you start there. If you still have questions after reading through that information, there is a section here on CC for people applying to Service Academies. I think it is under the Individual Schools section.

If you are interested in the military, another avenue might be to attend a college that offers Army ROTC. There is also Naval and Air Force ROTC. That is a good route into a military career and it helps pay for school! There are many schools that have ROTC and some might be a good fit for you. I am not sure what the requirements are to get in.
