<p>Its a 3 step problem so its kinda long. Deals with spring constant and period of oscillation. </p>

<p>Michael leaps from a bridge that is 100 m above a river. His bungee cord has an unstretched length of 55 m and a spring constant of 800 N/m. He has a mass of 45 kg.</p>

<li>How fast is he falling when he just starts to stretch the cord? How long does it take for him to reach this point?</li>
<li>What is his height above the river at the lowest point?</li>
<li>What would be the period of her oscillation if we assume the bungee cord acts like a perfect spring?</li>
