Need Help On Where To Start

<p>I'm a Korean Citizen who wants to transfer to a top University such as MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, U of Illinois. But I dont know what college i should attend before transferring. Does it matter where I attend? Im planning to attend University of Wisconsin Greenbay. Is this a good choice or would a community college be a better choice? Or are there specific community colleges that are preferred over others among TOP universities? I dont know what i should do. Also, should i enroll in the ESL program before transferring? Would this look good or bad on the application?</p>
