if you have any other colleges to recommend me to go to, please do.
I wanna know if i can do anything about it now? may be start doing sports and clubs now? does taking SAT2s help? if so which ones should i take?
i really regret what ive done in the past few years >.<

thank you!

Purdue and Indiana

If you can get the verbal score up to about 550, you'll probably get into Penn State. University of Delaware is a good match.

HAHAHAH NICE VERBAL SCORE

sorry, sorry. did you take the TOEFL exam thing?

any chance for Rutgers? >.<

You're not totally screwed. It's just gonna take some work on your part.

Work hard in the SAT course. Take the SATs again. See if you can push your V and W above 550. If you don't do well, do some private tutoring in your areas of weakness (I did), and take them again.

Take the SATII's in the areas of your greatest strength in the same year you took a corresponding course. For example, if you're good in Chem and you took Chem this year, take the Chem SATII. If your strength is in Math, take the Math SATII's. It will help.

A 3.6 is not a terrible GPA, but if you can push it higher, do it.

Finally, check out this link. It lists a whole bunch of schools where you would right now fit:
