<p>Hi, I'm new to College Confidential, and I really need help right now.</p>
<p>I submitted my supplements to Rice University, and all my supplement essays were in the character limit. One of my essays still had 9 characters available, and yet showed up completely on the print preview, but my other supplement short answer had 120 characters left on the application yet did not show up completely on the print preview (was cut-off). Has anyone else had this problem before? I was within the character limit, and my shorter essay is cut-off but my longer one isn't...should I send them a hard copy of my essay?</p>
<p>Any help would be greatly appreciated!</p>
