So the other day, i recieved a letter to my house after appliyng to Albany State, and Plattsburgh. Albany said my app was recieved but it is incomplete because i didnt send my SAT scores. So this morning i talked to my counselor and she said i must send them electronically over collegeboard, so i just did that but it says pending, so i looked into it and it seems like they dont get sent all that quick. MY counselor did call admissions at both schools and told them about the error, and they said it was perfectly fine just to send them for early action, but my only question is how long should i expect for these scores to send?

Most things I’ve read say it takes about a week on average.

You can pay $31 to rush them if that is necessary…I don’t think it is in this case, though…

I have spoken to a number of SUNY schools this week and most have not even started processing the EA apps…

It says pending for a day or two, I think. But paying $31 is not worth it. It just depends on how fast your college can process it. For example, I sent my SAT score to a college in November 30 and on my status, it says that the college received it on December 2.

ok thanks alot everyone! just wanted to make sure i didnt have to panic.

Colleges do this all the time to freak people out, my counselor told me; I even called the CollegeBoard to ensure everything was functioning smoothly.

ok cool thanks a lot
