I have to turn in science fair Wednesday, but want to finish it today. I'm willing to stay awake...until school tomorrow.

Anyways, my mentor backed out on me. :/ He basically said he didn't have time for me. I don't even need his help, just to order the proteins.

Anyways, so I have been unable to perform the experiment. Any ideas on how I can twist my project into something that I can do, with no materials (probably theoretical), at home today?

My project regarded PCR with two relatively newly discovered proteins that were thought to resist cancer radiation therapy. One has been shown to resist therapy, and PCR in the other would have allowed me to find out if it was probably resisting treatment, too. IE if they have similar sizes, structures, etc., they probably have similar functions.

Any suggestions?
