Need help! Problems recieving recommendations.

A timeline of my story:

November: I tell my guidance counselor I want to apply to Georgetown University. She sends the appropriate information: transcript, teacher recs, etc. GT does not participate with the Common Application, which means I have to fill out separate forms online. Additionally, the college accepts most of its things by snail mail.

January: I finish the online portion of my application and send it out. I have a confirmation email, so this is the only thing that I know that GT has received.

February: I receive an automated email saying that GT does not have my secondary school transcript. I notify my guidance counselor immediately and she confirms that my information was sent months ago. Nevertheless she says she will send my things again as soon as possible.

I call the school: “did you receive my materials?” they say I cannot check if my materials have been received over the phone due to the “sheer volume of applications.” Instead, I should respond to the email that told me that I was missing materials. ok, I send an email reply.

March: another automated email that says they are missing both my secondary school report and now my teacher recommendations. For GT, one recommendation is mandatory while additional recommendations may be accepted. By a course of confusion, I had actually sent three teacher recommendations to GT in the past. And now, GT does not have any single one of them according to the portal.

I went to my guidance office last week. My counselor was in the middle school all last week arranging next year’s schedules for the eighth graders, so I talked to a secretary at the guidance office who said she would help me out. She resent my transcript.

I have since gotten two of my teachers to resend their letters. I talked to my guidance counselor and she sent my transcript again. (My transcript has now been sent four times.)

Admissions decisions are set to come out on April 1st.

The emails tell me: “Please note that the late arrival of these materials will have no effect on our committee’s review of your application, though it is imperative that you have everything sent as soon as possible.”

I’m still incredibly worried.

When I go online to check the status of my materials, this is all I am shown. No information about my transcript. It just tells me that my teachers “have not started yet” on their recommendation letters.

I heard some colleges can only accept a certain number of people for each school. After they hit the quota, they throw out every application from the same school.

I know of other people from my school have applied.

I do not know anyone else who has had this problem.

I feel like it is too late. That they have reached the quota for my school. That I will be rejected.

What should I do at this point? What can I do?

if I call, they say I must email.

if I email, they don’t reply. The only response I have gotten is the email from March, and that email was made as a response to the first automated email but not to my own email reply. I am worried that they’re not reading anything I send them.

I can’t tell if my transcript has been received online. However, the website says my recommendations are still missing (not sure if they’re just slow to update the portal)

I have been told that my things were sent, but my guidance office told me this in the past and GT did not receive anything so I can’t know for sure if I’m safe.

Any responses and help would be appreciated, especially if anyone has resolved a similar problem. GT is my first choice school but this ordeal has really worn me out and I have been worried for a long time now.

Sorry for the funky font, don’t know what went wrong in formatting. The links are supposed to be to Imgur

Georgetown is incredibly annoying about this stuff. For me, my school couldn’t send anything through Naviance. My college counselor had to send my SSR and midyear materials (including transcript) through Georgetown’s system. I invited her, she got an email with a link to upload stuff, Same for my two teacher recs–I added them and they got emails with links to upload. That was the only way I could get “Completed” to show up on that Georgetown application status page.

That being said, call admissions again ASAP to get this straightened out.
