Need Help Reducing my List- here's stats

<p>I just need advice for someone who doesn't know yet what to major in, so is looking for a school that has variety of programs. Also, I still fear my list may have too many reach schools and not enough 'match' or 'safety' schools. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<p>I want to narrow my list and not sure if my safety schools are safe enough. Any advice or school recomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thx!!</p>

<p>goBears, I saw you in another thread asking about public schools. You have very competitive stats except for that US History score. EC's are a bit weak. Unless you can show a great deal of passion in your essays and interview, Harvard and Princeton might be a bit tough. Everything else is a match or slight reach.</p>

<p>thx. any other school suggestions anyone? btw, are interviews required at some schools?</p>

<p>Most schools don't "require" an interview, but then right after they say that on their website, they come with a line saying that only 4% of candidates were accepted w/o interview. All the privates have one except Stanford from what I saw. I recommend Berkeley (very hard out of state), they are great in every single department (dunno about arts though).</p>
