Alright, so I am way behind. I have poor time management, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm a junior, and I was planning on taking an SAT test this year and two more in the first two chances possible in senior year. Is this possible to do and be able to submit my scores in time? I have poor time management skills which is why I was planning on doing this.

Also, is it true that SAT tests in the beginning of the year are harder? What do you think I should do? I wanted to take one this year to get a feel for it and study during the summer, but now I'm not sure.

Why don’t you study for the next couple of months? Then take the test in both May and June. If you superscore high enough, you can be done and focus on applications next fall.

first SAT is November, then December, January is still usually acceptable but risky and a poor choice. November, I believe, is the only one you can submit for early decision most places. Otherwise there are two perfectly timed dates. I think your plan is solid, but when I took it I felt like I lost ground by November cause I didn’t do anything over summer and was rusty. study for the one you take in junior year and treat like it is the only time you’ll take it.
