Need help selecting a good college

Dear readers of this post , i know this might get fairly long but I really need some help.
I am a Highschool sophomore studing in dubai american academy and i am from iranian decent and i hold an iranian passport, no green card . (if this is important to you ).
I have Gpa of 4.10 out of 4.4 scale GPa from my freshman year and the projected SAT scores i got from my first PSAT are Critical reading : 410-520 Writing : 390-510 Math : 520-620 TOTal : 1320-1650
i know they are not good , but i consider them acceptable because i took it in my freshman year and it was the first time i figured out what PSAT and SAT is !
I want to major in aerospace engineering and i am confident in math and physics in fact i got A+ in both this year.
I will be getting a full IB diploma [ More information at : www.ibo.org][/url] and i expect a rise in my projected SAT scores.

I have 2 questions.
1. what schools do you recommend for me to apply in near future as i will be graduating in 2014 , I also want to be employed in some of the financially stable companies such as Boeing - nasa , etc.

I really want to get a scholarship too as we have financial troubles in our family lately and my parents are really urging me to get one.
what scholarships do i fit in.

thanks in advance
Mo.

Bump
I really need some help

You can’t plan to be employed by Boeing etc; just do the best you can and be flexible.

Search the internet and CC for aerospace engineering and scholarships; research the schools you find when searching. There’s a scholarship forum on CC and several aerospace-related threads. The aerospace-related threads, even if they don’t address your issues, will name schools you can research.

When you have more specific questions, start one or more new well-titled threads and maybe we’ll be able to help. There’s a ton of information out there; we can’t tell you everything until you have a better idea what you need.

Good luck! :)

For Aerospace and with those SAT scores possibly Embry-Riddle…It’s specifically for Aerospace Engineering actually. I don’t know what employment comes out of the college though but good luck and study for those SATs!
