Need help understanding my eligibility

So i graduated with my undergrad degree in biology. The whole time i didn’t use financial aid until the very last semester where i qualified for a 4,500 pell grant. I only received 3,500 for fall 2015. I graduated in December. I then re enrolled as degree plus but they have me back as an undergrad majoring in psychology? I have filled everything out for fasfa 2016-2017 and I NEED money for this spring semester 2016 and this summer semester 2016 but I just go an e-mail from a guy at my campus saying that I can no longer qualify because I graduated? I don’t see how not I never collected or did fasfa until fall 2015?

Also most of the fasfa people at my college have no idea what they are doing, I had to go in every week to make sure I got my fasfa for 2015 because they kept having a technical error on their end?

Once you have q bachelors degree, you are no longer eligible for the Pell Grant.

You cannot receive Pell once you have an undergraduate degree - so you no longer are eligible for Pell. You should be eligible for loans in 2016-2017, as long as your school participates in the direct loan program, with the amount dependent on your year in school. You have to actually be enrolled in a degree program, and your school will need to determine your class standing for the degree program. You will be eligible for undergraduate loans at the annual limit for your year in school. You may or may not be eligible for any loans for spring (and possibly summer, if it’s considered the 2015-2016 financial aid year) - if you received your annual limit already, you aren’t eligible for any the rest of the year.
