Need help wiht APMicroeconomics

I just recently signed up for AP Microeconomics, my school does not offer micro or macro so its self study
I bought this book
5 Steps to a 5 AP Microeconomics/Macroeconomics, 2012-2013 Edition (5 Steps to a 5 on the Advanced Placement Examinations Series): Eric Dodge: 9780071751223: Amazon.com: Books
According to the first pages if i am doing only Micro, which I am than i only have to read through chapter 11. But my concern is that it doesn't flat out say that this is for micro and this is for Macro.
So i need some help deciding,

on amazon if you click on the book preview and go to table of content, you can see the titles of all the chapters. Could you guys help me figure this out. I am only doing this because the time is limited and its too late for me to sign up for Macroeconomics. (i already checked even though its APril 1st on College Board Site)

And also are there any good resources out there. All i could find was teacher training programs. Are there any good sites/video on learning Microeconomics. Any resource will do.

Up to 11 is fine, everything after that is Macro.
See if your local library has any Economics textbooks (a community college would probably work too). My teacher uses a lot of Welker’s Wikinomics in class; he posts videos and stuff that help to clarify concepts. Khan Academy probs has some Micro videos too.

Reffonomics helps!I believe there’s a website.
