I am planning on majoring in computer science and engineering, or possibly going into business school. So, I was wondering what AP classes could benefit me in my desire to major in these fields. Also, would AP history or English classes benefit me at all? Thanks
Competitive schools want to see rigorous course load. Strike the balance between rigor and keeping a high GPA. And yes, AP English and history can benefit you.
Make sure you take math so you at least get to AP Calc AB.
Make sure you take Bio, Chem, Physics and at at least one AP version of those.
Take some AP History/English where you feel you can do well in them.
Take AP CS to get a feel for CS.
Maybe also take AP Economics (Micro and/or Macro).
