Need help with Calculus

Hey, i'm a junior and i'm taking all AP classes. They're all easy except BC calculus. I don't study at all for any other classes, but I spend hours doing math, yet my test grades are bad. I really can't afford any more B's this year. I get 85's on tests, but that's not enough to get an A overall. I always understand completely how to do the problem, but I make really small mistakes etc. I lost 6 pts on my last test by accidentally writing tan instead of cot. I lost 3 points by accidentally multiplying 2(x-2) and saying it was equal to 2. I don't know how to stop making small mistakes as I know how to do the math problems I just keep messing up on little things I've already learned.
