Need Help with College Addmissions

<p>First of all i would like to say that i want honest answer because this is very important to me. What i want to know is what colleges can i get into in California with a 2.7/2.8 GPA, 1970 SAT Score, 1310 SAT Subject Test Score and 29 on the ACT. I've taken 6 Honors Classes and 2 AP Classes (AP Lang and AP US) so far and i passed both exams. And next year im going to take AP Bio, AP Calc AB, AP Lit and AP Stats. Yeah my GPA is very low but as you can tell im very bright, just very lazy in High School which I should have never done. And i want to know what Cal States and UC's have a chance to get into. And again honest answer because i want the truth and willing to take it no matter how hard it might be. Thank You!</p>
