College scorecard is a good tool for sure, their limitation is it’s only data for students that received financial aid, which is about half the students. If a college has less students on financial aid, it may be more indicative.
If you’re just comparing CS, they’re probably very similar, except for SDSU, which a could be a notch below as Gumbymom noted. I may lean to UCD in that comparison since they have non-stem majors in case your daughter wants to change majors or add a non-stem minor.
