<p>Okay, so my teacher asks us to take notes on books, which I do. I usually take notes on what happens and character reactions, but I seem to be getting B's on these and I don't know why. Are notes on books supposed to be more in depth like personal stuff? For example, questions, feelings, etc. Thanks in advance!</p>
