Need help with housing emergency

<p>I have no idea of who to email or call, and the AskHousing site is not letting me log in.</p>

<p>For the last $1,100 housing payment, I was charged twice, but I only got one receipt for the $1,100 even though my bank account shows a charge of $2,200. Who can I contact to ask about a refund of the overcharge?</p>
