Need help with International Application for Financial Aid

Hi

After looking through the Collegeboard Foreign Student Financial Aid Application and checking with my bank I have some questions.
First I am not sure I understand this directly but do I need to file both the International Student Financial aid Application and the Certification of Finances? College websites are really unclear about that.
Most colleges I'm applying to, require a bank statement. What goes in it? Something about my/my parents financial securities or exact amounts? My bank said they would provide a bank statement with my general financial behavior but normally they do not out exact amounts of assets. If really needed, they would though. Is there some template they can use?
Can a signed employer statement from my mother's employer be translated by anyone as long as the employer signs it?
In my country almost every family receives some child support from the state. In addition to that I get some half-orphan pension? I am eligible for this until I am 25. How do I confirm this source? Would I need some official from the agency that handles this sort of thing to sign an official statement? Or can I forward a translated copy of my award letter? I would need the copy to be signed, wouldn't I?
Can some or all of the forms copied or do I need every copy to be signed seperately?

This is it for now, but I am pretty sure some more question will come up. I'd be glad for any kind of help on this.

bump bump bump

I have no idea. Each college you're applying to should have last year's financial aid forms on their web site. Otherwise, you'd just have to wait until the new year to get the new forms, find out what you need, and file them. If you have trouble be sure to speak with each college's financial aid office. They are your best bet with help.

Well I've already browsed the websites and the required forms. This is way I have so many questions.
My main problem lies in the child support stuff. I quess it would be catagorized as government sponsoring, but how do I prove that I get until I am 25?

bump again.....

With a letter stating that you do.

okay so I need to contact the agency that handles that sort of stuff. yay...

THank you!
