<p>I graduated on Nov 2011, so my school report transcript had my final grades. Now, I want to update colleges on my results of my country's university selection test. If my counselor fills the Midyear report, he is required to upload a new transcript.</p>
<p>Should he upload the same transcript he did on the School Report?</p>
<p>Is he required to send a Final report, if he's going to report nothing?</p>
