Need help with picking my sophomore year science course?

Hi, I am currently a freshman in high school and am filling out my forecasting sheet for next year (sophomore, obviously). I'm quite lost as to what science class I should take next year.

Some background info...
My dream is to go to UC Berkeley (not sure about what I want to major in yet), and eventually become a pharmacist. I consider myself to be strong at math, logic, and sciences. My weakness is history/social studies classes, though I wouldn't say I'm terrible at either. I get straight As, so my current GPA (both weighted and un-weighted) is a 4.000. School is very important to me, but I don't consider myself to be the perfect model student.

So far, I'm sure I will be taking:

AP English Lang
AP US History
Spanish III
Study Hall
Pre Calculus
Art 1
Graphics Design 1
Health 2
Net Games

Now my real dilemma is what science class I should take. This year, I did Honors Chemistry and got a pretty easy A. My choices for science classes are:
AP Environmental Science - I'm not very interested in this and honestly, based on the course description, think it's a bit useless...
AP Biology - Interested, but I have heard some nasty things about taking it cocurrently with AP US History
AP Chemistry - Interested, but I am concerned that by the time I get to college and take say, organic chemistry, I won't be able to remember any of this. Also, this is the uncommon route and I don't know of many other freshmen planning to take this course next year.
[and a few other choices I'm not interested in]

ANY help at all is very appreciated! Sorry this is so long!

Take AP Chem while it’s still fresh in your mind.

You say you want to be a pharmacist, and to do so, you have to be infatuated with chemistry. That said, you also seem genuinely interested in it with the only problem being that you might ‘forget’ it, by the time you go to college. This is not true, because if you study something with passion, you will never forget it. Furthermore, you took Honors Chemistry, so you should go with AP Chemistry while it’s still fresh in your mind as the user above said. Take AP Chem.

AP chem :)

AP chem will be harder then Ap bio but I think chem will help you out more

AP Chem
The reason why AP Bio doesn’t work with AP USH is because both are heavy on memorization.

Definitely AP Chem. I’m in AP Bio and APUSH right now and it’s so much memorization. I wish I had taken AP Chem this year.
