Need Help with School forms, Teacher's Evaluation

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I'm an international student from Vietnam, and I am applying for Fall 2013. I'm very confused about the Teacher's Evaluation Forms and Schol Forms now.</p>

<p>My teacher decided to apply by snail mail. But as I invited her on CommonApp, I accidentally typed her email address too. She agreed to certify that she would apply by snail mail in the email that commonapp sent her too. But im very worried is it ok?</p>

<p>Also, i printed all the Forms for my teachers from 'Download forms', not from the 'school forms', so my documents have neither my Id number nor the my name at the bottom of each page. Im really worried is it ok??????? My teacher is on maternity lEave right now so i dont think she. An write any other new forms.</p>

<p>Please help me relieve my concern :( thanks a bunch</p>

<p>It’s perfectly acceptable for teachers to receive the email invitation and then elect to submit by mail. Regarding the forms you gave her: the blank forms are not ideal, but they will serve their purpose.</p>
