I received an e-mail from NU that my application is incomplete because I miss several several required materials. But I have already send them to the admission office and the Fedex tracking information shows that they've been signed for. So I replied the e-mail, asking them to check again but haven't got a reply yet. What is wrong with it ?

It often takes time for one person to have what another person receives, I wouldn’t worry yet and sending an email was the appropriate thing to do. It will take a few days for them to get back to you - they have a lot of kids who are probably in the same situation. I know my younger daughter, applying to a much smaller school, received the same kind of letter which was mailed on a Monday and we didn’t receive it until Friday (because of Veterans Day) but she received an email on Tuesday, the day after the letter was sent, saying they received all her materials. Welcome to bureaucracy!

I really hope it’s the same situation for me. Waiting for NU’s email…

this happened to me too. they allow for your counselor to scan your forms and email them instantly with permission from your parents to release the forms. I got the incomplete email on Monday, scanned all the forms that were supposedly ‘sent’, and got my confirmation for completion this morning. just talk to your counselor and have them call the office.

they relplied to me that they have received my missing materials and now my application is complete and ready for review!
Wish me luck in mid-December!
