Need help....

<p>When I first submitted Part 1 of my app, Penn sent me back its confirmation e-mail. In the middle of this email was “Please send the signature/certification page to our offices within one week. Our mailing address is: Office of Undergraduate Admissions, University of Pennsylvania, 1 College Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104-6376.”</p>

<p>I have no clue what the signature/certification page is. Does this thing matter? Someone please help me out here, thanks.</p>

<p>it should be on the website or in the online app as a PDF. I doubt it's in the paper application</p>
