<p>I am international student from Mongolia. i graduated high school in June, 2011 with GPA of 4 ,97%, and planing to apply for spring semester 2013. My SAT score is 1800 and IBT score is 93. Is there any university that can give me full scholarship, which covers tuition fee+room&board.My family's annual income is roughly 20 000$, so i really need full scholarship. pls suggest me any university that can give me full scholarship or "need based" scholarship.</p>
