Need Help!

I'm looking for colleges to apply to, besides the ones I already decided on (NYU, BU, Emory/Oxford, UF).

I'm a senior at an incredibly competitive school, I wish I was exaggerating.
I have a 3.54 unweighted GPA and a 4.6 weighted GPA.
I'm 94/780 as far as class rank (top 12%).
I have two 29's on my ACT's (taking them one more time, hoping for a 30), but I got a 33 on English, 28 on Math, and an 11 on my essay.
I have an 1830 on my SAT, but I've only taken it once, so I think I'm going to take them again, because I know I can at least get that to a 1900.
National Honor Society member, National English Honor Society member, co-founder and co-president or National Art Honor Society, and a member of my school's Portugese club.
I have 220 hours of community service, but they're different than most kids, because 175 of them are for creating invitations for award ceremonies and flyers for the local community college, as well as other miscellaneous things.
I'm first generation for college, I don't know if that helps.
I've taken 7 AP classes since freshman year, passed six of them with two 5's, a 4, and three 3's, and then the one 2 I obviously didn't pass. And I did receive the AP Scholar with Distinction award this year.
My school has the AICE curriculum, and I've taken 7 exams for AICE (only six classes, I double tested for in United States history), and passed six of them, getting my AICE Diploma (with Merit if that means anything to anyone).
This year I'm in 5 AP classes, with two honors, Holocaust and an online Physics course.
Oh, also, I've been published several times online and in print for articles I've written, I think that's pretty different from most kids.

There's probably more stuff I'm forgetting, but I'm just looking for schools that I can get into that are a good fit for me. I plan on majoring in something science or english related, which is broad, but whatever.

I'd like to stay on the east coast if possible, considering I'm from Florida, but I'm not scared of going completely north, but farther west than Illinois is pushing it, and I'm a fan of cities, not rural areas.
If you have any suggestions, please let me know. (:
