Need Help

<p>All right. So I am pretty new at this, so I’m just going to give this a shot. I’m a rising junior in need of desperate help for which colleges I should apply to.</p>

<p>ACT- Haven’t taken it
SAT- Haven’t taken it but in my practice, I got V-780, R-720, M-670
SATIIs- Haven’t taken
AP tests- None yet.
GPA- 3.8u
Rank- Top 5 percentile of 900 students</p>

<p>I take all Honors/AP courses at school and basically get all A's.</p>

<p>Awards: Honor Roll (2001-2006), Manny Martin Humanitarian Award, National Piano Playing Auditions District Winner (2004-2006), Tap Group Silver Medal (Stage of Dreams 2006), 5 Years of Dedication (Marlboro Dance School 2003), 7 Years of Dedication (Marlboro Dance School 2005). It’s not much but a majority of awards will be achieved this year through FBLA.</p>

<p>School Involvement: Future Business Leaders of America for 3 years, Treasurer of it this year, Spanish Honor Society, Junior Statesmen of America, Interact, School Play Productions, Asian Unity Club</p>

English, Spanish (3 years of classes), Tamil</p>

<p>I know the list really isn’t very solid since I have yet to be sure about some major factors. But so far, what kind of colleges (especially those dealing with Mass Communication/Journalism) would be good for me? Thanks.</p>

<p>You sound like a good candidate. Where do you want to go geographically? Can you afford or get aid to private schools? What state are you a resident of?</p>

<p>I am mainly looking at East coast public colleges. Although I do reside in New Jersey at the moment, I will be moving to PA.</p>
