Need help

I am from India. I plan to apply to US universities for their fall semester, 2010. My problem is that i had previously studied in an indian university for four months. After that i dropped out because i wasn't satisfied with my subject and i wanted to change my area of study. I was studying english, but i want to graduate in biological sciences. My university doesn't have a credit system, and i was there for such a short time that i had given no exams and i have no grades. I have heard that students who have stated college education need to apply as transfers but i want to start as a freshman. And i also got 2250/2400 on my SAT-1. So, i have these following questions:

SINCE I HAVE NO GRADES AND NO CREDITS, CAN I APPLY AS A FRESHMAN?

IF I APPLY AS A FRESHMAN, SHOULD I MENTION MY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE? WILL THERE BE ANY COMPLICATIONS IF I DON'T MENTION IT?

Most colleges would let you (/require you) to apply as a freshmen because you have no transfer credits. Check the websites of the individual colleges you are interested in.

The easiest thing to do would be to not mention at all your college time. Just apply as a Freshman and provide all the relevant high school materials as if you are still a senior. As long as you have formally dropped out of your university, there shouldn’t be a problem.
