<p>We need to get out of a lease at 411 lofts for the 09/10 school year. D has transferred to another school. We have a great, brand new, fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment with 2 sophmore girls (who would have to meet/approve of roomate). <p>hey…i looked through the website and the place looks great. The only problem is that i’m gonna be a freshman. I just wanna know whether the residents in the building are mostly juniors and seniors? Will freshmen be living in the building as well?</p>
