<p>Hi - got the SAT score report back from march 1 test. improved from PSAT in math but not as much as desired.</p>
<p>Problem appears to be limited to the algebra type questions. Other sections barely had any wrong.</p>
<p>What is the best way to conquer this? Books? Tutoring?</p>
<p>It seems like you just need help learning the algebra. I wonder if sparknotes.com will help, because it also gives math advice if you look carefully. That might help. Also, Gruber’s is good for math, and maybe RocketReview and Princeton Review. I’m not sure. Try going to the library and looking for books that teach high-school level math. They don’t necessarily need to be geared toward the SAT. You should find a good math book that helps you with algebra.</p>
