I am working in IT MNC with almost 3 years of working experience. I will be there in USA for 2years from my office. I want to pursue MS in Computer Science in part time/evening class mode. Please suggest me the procedure.

Google it. That would be easier.

or

Go to a college counselor

or

Select any university, say Harvard and choose which branch you want to attend. See the procedure and entrance requirements. Almost all the top-tier universities have the same requirements.
(this is the easiest way - going to the site of any university & seeing the requirements)

Arindam.
If are here in the US on work then one possibility you might want to consider is doing MS in CS through evening classes. This all depends on the location. Several universities offer professional Masters program(e.g., [Professional Masters Program](<a href=“Professional Master's Program | Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering”>http://pmp.cs.washington.edu/)) for working people. Classes are structured in such a way that you can do homework and programming assignments over the weekend.
Hope this helps. PM me if you want more info.
