<p>I am adithya , from INDIA . Doing my undergraduate, one more year being left. I am doing B.E in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY being almost similar to COMPUTER SCIENCE . I draw well (only sketching that too only through seeing a picture.) I am very good with photoshop and learning maya . And lately I have taken a keen desire to me CG COMPUTER ANIMATOR in 3D .So I am thinking of pursuing MFA in Computer animation in 3D. My dream is to be one of the best in this field.I am a very good scorer in my field (i.e. 9.2 GPA in INDIAN System OUT OF 10)
Apart from that my afford ability is very moderate.I cant afford more than 35000$. And I currently am very much confused regarding many things which I want assistance in .So here is the list of questions in chronological order . Please keep in mind above info while answering the questions . Thank you . </p>

<li><p>As I am from a techie background and just building up my art levels , and cant compete with people who already did arts in BFA which colleges are good for me to apply ? Who are considerate on people like me ?</p></li>
<li><p>Are there any government colleges available? How good are the colleges academy of arts and full sail ? they conducted a fair which I visited and they were DAMN expensive!.</p></li>
<li><p>In my country there is college called NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN . How good is it ?</p></li>
<li><p>How good is singapore as an alternative ? Are LASSAL and DIGIPEN good colleges? IF so do they offer chance for techies like me ?</p></li>
<li><p>IS GRE required at all ?</p></li>
<li><p>My main tension is i will be taking a huge loan for the amount I mentioned above . And if I cant repay it back , I will be in huge debts . So I also want to know about the job prospects there.</p></li>
