<p>Bandgy - she is an incoming freshman, so I can’t answer those questions. She has joined Hypatia, so I am fairly confident that she will get enough support through their advisor and the upperclassmen mentors. Hypatia is a living/learning community for female freshmen engineering students. She will live in a dorm wing with other Hypatia members and take a leadership class - mostly it appears to teach interview and resume skills to assist with landing interships and eventually good jobs.</p>
