I need to make a decision by Tuesday.

I am a sophomore in high school and our school offers these AP's:
AP Calculus AB
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP English
AP US History
AP Economics
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
AP Physics
AP Computer Science
AP Art History
*AP Japanese (Will offer)

Currently, I am a sophomore with these courses:

AP Biology
AP Statistics
AP Computer Science
Honors English
Honors Japanese (3rd Year)
Honors History
Dance

I was wondering if I should drop my dance class to add on AP Economics or another AP course or if I should just keep it. By the time I am a senior, I'd have taken all the AP's offered at my school but I am still unsure if I should go ahead and take another AP sophomore year anyway. I'm in beginning dance but I know I can go to advanced dance in one year and skip intermediate (I confirmed it with my teacher.) So, it's either take AP Econ or another AP now and just take dance for two years for junior and senior years or take the AP class later and have beginning dance for a year and dance company for two years consecutively. What do you guys think adcoms will like more? If I decide to go on with my current schedule this is what my junior and senior years will look like (unless additional AP's are going to be offered in the following years):

Junior -
AP Chem
AP Japanese
AP US History
AP Calculus
AP Art History
Honors English
Dance

Senior -
AP Physics
AP Economics
AP English
AP Calculus BC
Dance

I also have the dilemma of running out of courses to take and having to take 5 courses out of 7 periods senior year. Will it be less impressive to adcoms to have a less than full schedule? Also, in addition to these classes, I have four more classes which will appear on my transcript which are Yearbook, Leadership(ASB), Forensics, and Journalism so I will have a minimum of 10 classes each semester.

I'm really confused. Thanks for hearing me out and offering advice in advance. You guys are the best and my inspiration. =D

PS: Also, is there anyway to convice my school's AP coordinator to get the school to offer more AP courses or is it out of my control?
