Need serious help in sceince and math. But mostly science.

I know the science section is supposed to be easy. The only thing you need to know are graphs! But I bomb it. My two problems are time and understanding. I took the Sept. ACT and tried just rushing through it w/o much reading and I got a worse score from when I first took it.

Here are the stats:
english - 34
math - 27
reading - 36
science - 23

My math and science need some definite work. Math has never been a strong point so just getting close to or in the 30's would be great. But how do I improve the science?

The first two times I took the ACT, I didn’t know much about how to take the test and bombed the science part. After I learned, I did well on that section.

Basically, for science, you shouldn’t waste time reading through the graphs. As soon as you get to a new section, simply read the title of the experiments, check out what the absolutely general gist of the whole thing is (like…punnett squares, growing plants using sunlight vs. no light, etc.), and then skip straight to the questions. They usually ask for specific stats from the graphs and tables, and so those should not be hard with more practice. Certain questions that ask for things not found on the graphs are either directly stated in the introduction paragraph or somewhere (Sometimes hard to find, and can be time consuming) or a lot less often can be about analytical thinking (Like, if the experiment was about tracking sound waves inside a chamber and they ask you what the purpose of metal plates outside the chamber were for, you should deduce that they are to prevent outside sound waves from interfering).
