need serious input: should I drop it?????

I did realli realli bad on ap cs....like get a C for the first semester...i have a chance of dropping this course and turn it into an easier couse in the second semester (block schedule)

I am afraid that this C will hurt esp because i apply to some ivies and top notch skuls....ap cs is sth that i realli try hard but still i cant fully understand......

It realli hurts since i intended to major in engineering on the app....

dropping the course or stikcing to it with a low mark ..which is a better option..........???????????

bump up..................

whats ap cs? computer science? if ur gonna get a c, drop it.

rite..ap computer science

......................................

i'm not a grammar nazzi or anything, but misspelling words that need to be sounded out to understand what you're trying to say...not cool...you might get more replies if you use the letter y more often and if you don't spell schools "skuls" --you make them sound like dead heads!

lol....schools...rite.......

just a thought though...if cs is your lowest score in high school, how do you think you will do on it if you major in it in college? is it really a good choice?

i wont major in cs though....it is quite a delimma...

that C looks realli ugly...yet dropping ap cs somehow hurts the curriculum..

Doesn't it depend on how well you would do if you took the easier course?

If you think you will do exceptionally well in the easier course, I think you should take the easier course.

I am in a similar dillema here with an IB course...

dropping a course....kinda of shame.....I feel like a loser..........

Whether you drop it or not - that C is going to show up on your transcript. You will have to explain to colleges WHY you dropped it.
