Need some ACT help

I got a 34 on my ACT the first time I took it as a sophomore on February 11th. That score was lower than the 36 I was getting on every practice test I took, but anyone will tell you that the practice tests are nothing like the real test and I was a fool for basing my predictions on that. Anyway, I retook it again on April 14th or 16th, can't remember, and am hoping to get the 36 this time but my results are still pending. My question - If I get lower than a 36, or even lower than a 34 god forbid, should I retake the test? My college plans are attending a party-centered school around where I live, so probably Mizzou. I was wondering if a 34 on the ACT is satisfactory to get in and get a pretty hefty scholarship? I want to be a Journalism major, but am not too concerned with academics at this point, I just want to get a good scholarship and not have to worry about paying for a school even if I get kicked out from it. The avg. ACT is 25 at Mizzou and here in the Midwest the SAT means about as much as a Physical Education quiz does in high school. So not much. Thanks for your help guys, and I hope you guys are happy with your scores if you got them (:
