Need some advice about physics/schedule/course

Hi, folks. I have a problem and it pertains to my wanting to go to engineernig schools. Anyway, I can’t fit honors physics or any physics in my schedule. I also don’t have the time to take a physics course at my county college. I have two options. Which of these do you think I should do? If it makes any difference, I’m looking to apply to Ivy and Ivy-caliber schools.

Take an online physics course. Please recommend a course if you advise.

Study honors physics topics on my own (teacher will give me a book) and then take the honors physics final before the early decision deadline and have counselor mention that honors physics grade in her recommendation letter.

Thank you

If the Physics grade goes onto your transcript, I'd go with option #2 and study specifically for the final and ignore all the extra fluff.

If you don't get a grade, I wouldn't even bother.

We can't do independent study for a class that doesn't fit in our schedule? It's only for those classes that my school doesn't offer.

Do you know any good online physics courses?
